We ask that every contribution reflects the same standard of care and restraint that defines the brand: responsible enjoyment, respect for others, and an appreciation that the finest things are best shared thoughtfully.
Responsible Drinking & Age Restrictions
Bosley is intended for adults of legal drinking age only. Content that encourages excessive drinking, drink driving or irresponsible consumption may be removed.
Bosley may remove content featuring individuals who appear to be under the age of 25, whether or not alcohol is being consumed.
Respectful Conduct
We expect all contributors to treat one another with courtesy. Content that is derogatory, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, defamatory or otherwise offensive may be removed at our discretion.
User Generated Content & Intellectual Property
By tagging Bosley, using our official hashtags, or otherwise granting permission, you agree that Premium Spirits Group Limited may reproduce, share or adapt your content across Bosley websites, social media and marketing materials.
Copyright in the original content remains with the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please only post content you have the right to share, and do not include material that infringes the rights of any third party.
AI & Misrepresentation
Manipulated, misleading or AI-generated content that misrepresents Bosley products, events, people or the brand may be removed without notice.
Privacy
Do not post personal information about yourself or others that should remain private. We will remove any such content that comes to our attention.
Advertising & Spam
Advertising, spam, unsolicited links and attempts to redirect traffic to external websites are not permitted and will be removed.
Moderation
Premium Spirits Group Limited reserves the right to edit, hide or remove any content that breaches these Community Standards, applicable law or the terms of the relevant platform. Repeated or serious breaches may result in the contributor being blocked without prior notice.
Reporting Concerns
If you see content on a Bosley channel that you believe breaches these standards, please report it through the platform's reporting tools or contact us directly.
